Dark Matter is an 18- to 25-year-old social science student in the Midwestern United States.
She is very interested in the web and its continued development. She is more specifically interested in privacy issues and group development projects. (Naturally, she is extremely excited about Diaspora.) Her other interests include economics, religion and atheism, developments in science, stories about awesome people, old books and movies, good music, Rom culture, selected science fiction à la Doctor Who and Buffy, languages, unions, Oxford commas, investigative journalism, The Daily Show and her cats.
She strongly dislikes Twilight, Western depictions of Rom, noconservative economics, bad syntax and sloppy journalism. She finds creationism more bemusing than anything else.
She is likely to blog about any of these things, or any of a variety of others.
